Duties:
- Responsible for recruitment of office positions;- Align with hiring manager about job description an d expectation;- Conduct interview in accordance with company policy an d process to identify qualified candidates;- Follow an d coordinate new staff onboard procedure an d collect new staff onboard documentations as per company policy;- Keep frequent communication （oral an d written） with other department;- Maintain recruitment system, report, job portals an d others as required;- Develop efficient recruitment channels;- Establish an d maintain candidate data base;- Maintain an d Ｕpdate weekly recruitment status report;- Provide necessary data analysis to current recruitment quality an d eventually lead to further improvement;- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree with major preferably in Human Resources;- 1 years HR experience in MNC, preferable in recruitment;- Good command of English in reading an d writing;- Detail-oriented an d able to work under pressure;- Good interpersonal skills.
