Fung Global Transaction Services 2019 Trainee Program kickstarts!This program aims to develop future specific domain talents an d potential leaders enabling cross-functional collaboration, best practices sharing an d implementation, an d developing opportunities to improve operational efficiency an d customer experience for rapidly growing global businesses across Global Transaction Services （GTS）.Each trainee will be assigned mentors from GTS management team an d will be given exposure to rotations, mentoring,networking an d leadership development. After successful completion of one-year rotation an d assessment, trainees will be matched for suitable positions.
What you ll do...1. Get familiarized with the products, structure, policies, operations, systems an d workflows of GTS Order Management division 2. Develop necessary knowledge base an d skillsets to understand end to end process 3. Solve operational issue by streamlining the process, defining SOP, applying Six Sigma an d interacting with external parties （vendors, service providers etc.） 4. Get involved in various data analytics tools, methodologies, reports an d dashboard design an d implementation processes 5. Coordinate with all departments concerning production cycles planning, execution an d tracking 6. Participate in projects as assigned by the Managers
If you...1. 2018/2019 Graduates with bachelor Ｏr above degree in Supply Chain related majors including but not limited to Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, an d Data Analyst, IT etc. 2. Fluent in both written an d spoken English an d Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese is a plus 3. High mobility to take assignment globally an d shows ability to cross culture communications 4. Demonstrate ability to work in a team, engage others an d manage conflict 5. Proven to be innovative an d creative, able to deal with complicated Ｏr ambiguous situations 6. Numerical sensitive, excellent analytical, communication an d presentation skills 7. Adjust the approach Ｏr methodology for fast learning effectively 8. Expertise in Excel an d PPT will be a plus
岗位职责 1. 熟悉GTS订单管理部门的货物、组织架构、政策、运营管理、系统和工作流程等 2. 提升必要的专业知识和能力以掌握端到端的工作流程 3. 通过优化流程、定义SOP、应用六西格玛和与外部合作伙伴（供应商、服务供应商等）保持有效沟通来解决运营问题 4. 运用各种数据分析工具、方法、分析报告和Dashboard等以设计和完善工作流程 5. 与各部门协调物流相关的流程设计、执行及跟进 6. 参与经理安排的相关项目
任职要求
1. 2018或2019年本科或以上毕业生，供应链管理相关专业，如供应链管理、物流、数学，统计学，计算机等 2. 流利的中英文听说读写能力，会粤语者优先 3. 具备迅速适应和接受全球性的工作任务能力，以及良好的跨文化沟通能力 4. 具备良好的团队合作能力以及冲突管理能力 5. 具有创新精神和创造力，能够处理复杂或不确定的情况 6. 对数字敏感，优秀的分析、沟通和表达能力 7. 能够快速有效调整学习的途径或方法 8. 熟练使用Excel和PPT者优先
