Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1. 每月保证拜访规定数量的目标客户和组织产品推广会。
2. 配合公司大型学术活动和产品推广活动
3. 配合地区经理的协同拜访
4. 完成地区经理或者大区经理临时指派的工作任务
(高级医药代表, 产品专员及资深产品专员在上述职责的基础上要完成如下任务)
5. 协助地区经理给新入职的新代表熟悉客户、市场、公司报告系统及相关政策等进行帮助和辅导
6. 协助地区经理安排并完成各项市场推广活动
7. 为下属员工提供相应指导。
What you’ll bring to the role:
1. 完成产品推广目标
2. 建立完善的客户档案,与客户保持良好的关系
3. 及时、准确执行报告系统(医院、费用、行政),及时汇报工作的改变
4. 及时反馈市场信息(客户,产品,竞争对手)
5. 提高客户服务质量
Desirable Requirements:
Education: 医药专业专科或以上学历
Languages: 基本的口头英语表达能力
Experience: 相关岗位工作经验例如市场营销,产品推广人员等
高级医药代表/产品专员/资深产品专员要能通过公司的相关资质认证,能力和绩效符合公司对于岗位的要求
