The Project Manager leads projects an d broad scope an d high impact to the business. In this role, you will be responsible for major an d complex assignments with long term business impact, manage complex issues within area of expertise, an d contribute to the overall business strategy.
Essential Responsibilities
-Take lead of function teams including projects planning, service, engineering, logistics, sourcing, supply chain to execute the projects in according with the contract to assure the customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for the financial performance of a portfolio of projects including not limited to case collection, revenue recognition an d project probabilities.
- Responsible for on-time delivery in accordance with contract.
- Lead day to day project operations including internal project review, customer’s communication an d project date visibility, work with cross functions to address the project issues an d provide solutions.
- Drive project risk control, including receivables, claims, contract changes, margin enhancement an d effective project closeout.
- Responsible for project resource planning to ensure the team capability to drive execution excellent.
- Provide support an d feedback to ITO team as required to meet the business needs an d development.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business Ｏr equivalent from an accredited university
-At least 10 years of experience in project management an d being project manager to in charge of project directly, including project progress, customer issues solution, cash collection…..
- Familiar with wind business operation, including site work, service, supply chain, engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in a management role
- Willingness an d ability to frequent travel on site
- High energy level—self starter, an d strong interpersonal an d leadership skills
Desired Characteristics
- Significant project, construction, field engineering an d /or contract management experience in power industry
- Wind projects management an d service experience is preferred
- Technical knowledge of wind product line an d associated systems
- Strong skills in customer relationship building, facilitation an d matrix management
- Exceptional oral an d written communication skills
