Essential Responsibilities
R26; Provide technical interface with Project Management, Service an d Manufacturing/Sourcing throughout the ITO&OTR life cycle.
R26; Responsible for technical clarification/presentation to customer, technical risk assessment to support PM & Sourcing.
R26; Provide support to response all customer technical inquiries an d communications, as well as review customer specifications for assigned projects.
R26; Responsible for assigned projects’ technical management, support project manager to fulfill whole project to COD.
R26; Support OTR tasks: BOM fulfillment, DTO execution, manufacturing/sourcing support, project document preparation, customer technical meeting participation.
R26; Support installation an d commissioning of assigned projects
R26; Support standard SCADA configuration preparation for project assigned
R26; Support the improvement of existing processes an d creation of new processes as needed.
R26; Manage workload effectively an d complete assigned tasks on time
R26; Flexible for role’s rotation per business needs.
R26; Flexible for extra task assignment per business urgency.
Qualifications/Requirements
R26; BS Ｏr above in engineering sciences Ｏr equivalent
R26; 5 years Ｏr above >2 yearswork experience on project fulfillment/managementin wind industrial
R26; Strong quantitative an d analytical skills, creative problem solving skills an d project management knowledge.
R26; Good interpersonal communication skills to work in global team.
R26; Willingness to travel, demonstrated ability to work independently on site issues.
R26; Fluent in English an d Mandarin （verbal & written）.
Desired Characteristics
R26; Project Management mind-set that includes aggressive planning, g, schedule commitments , an d efficient resource controllership.
R26; Work experience on wind industry is preferable
Control/Converter/SCADA system design/application experience is preferable
R26; Civil engineering experience is preferable
