1.提供基于客户要求服务于ABB业务的财务分析报告
2.整合并分析财务数据，跟踪并评估数据是否达到集团目标，及时与业务部门沟通经营业绩
3.提供合理的业务数据差异分析与说明
4.基于事业部/业务单元/产品线/客户行业进行多维度的盈利性分析
5.支持营运资本的改善,提供应收账款,应付账款,存货,资金周转周期等分析报告
6.推动公司成本节约,从物料成本,生产成本,销售成本,运营成本等方面提供节约建议和分析报告
7.提供其它基于业务需求的管理,运营指标等分析报告
8.推动流程、工具以及解决方案的改进以优化并标准化财务分析.
9.开发自动解决方案,消除冗余，提高优化工作效率.
10.确保工作流程与控制活动与集团/业务单元的要求保持一致
11.分析评估资产负债表,包括坏账准备、质量保证金计提、预提预付等
12.根据集团的统一要求、时间安排和模板进行年度预算以及滚动预测

1.5年以上相关工作经验，大型制造企业相关工作经验
2.熟练掌握Excel和Powerpoint
3.熟练的英语口语和写作能力
4.良好的沟通能力,有项目管理经验者优先
5.有使用SAP和PowerBI的经验优先
6.了解Salesforce管理软件者优先

As a Controlling an d Planning CoE - Specialist, you will be part of the Ｃountry CFO Division an d Ｃountry Staff Finance an d Controlling Business Unit （BU） based in Xiamen.
As a Controlling an d Planning CoE - Specialist, you will be responsible to Drive Controlling & Planning standardization across Businesses, Regions an d Functions. Optimize existing Controlling & Planning resources to better serve the Business.

Your Task as a Controlling an d Planning CoE - Specialist will include the following:

1. Business analytical services to the business, based on customer requirements. Semiautomated an d manual analytical services, an d one-off （ad-hoc） analytical output.
a） Consolidate an d analyze financial data to track an d assess performance against targets an d benchmarks. Communicate to business on performance results an d implications of presented reports.
b） Give an initial comments an d explanation to indicated performance variance. Identify an d communicate actionable steps to address variance.
c） Support business decisions an d actions by profitability analysis by Division/BU/PG, Product line an d customer segment.
d） Support Cash generation an d NWC improvement by good AR, AP, Inventory analysis, cash conversion cycle an d NWC reports.
e） Drive cost savings by good cost development reports an d analysis on material cost, Cost center cost in manufacturing, sales expense, G&A cost.
f） Provide other management, operation performance KPI an d ad-hoc reports an d analysis based on business requirements.
2. Benchmarking of processes, tools an d solutions in order to further optimize an d standardize controlling activities.
3. Optimize own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements.
4. Ensure processes an d controls within own area of responsibility are designed an d implemented in line with Group an d unit requirements.
5. Conduct balance sheet review an d valuation in general bad debt, warranty provisions, accrued /pre-paid expenses.
6. Facilitate budgeting an d forecasting process by communicating guidelines, timetables an d templates.
？ 5 years of Experience in Manufacturing Industry.
？ Excellent skill on MS Excel, PowerPoint.
？ Proficiency in speaking an d written English.
？ Good communication an d Project Management skill is preferred.
？ Experience in SAP an d data analytical tools such as PowerBI will be considered as plus.
？ Working knowledge of Salesforce.com is plus.
