Danfoss is looking for a Technician to provide daily IT support in South China region. This position is based in Shanghai.
You will
support desktops, laptops, laser printers, thermal barcode printers, barcode scanners, Video Conferencing, Windows mobile devices, cell phones, security equipment, desktop operating systems （Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows10） an d Microsoft/Adobe suite of applications. Maintain an d support distributed computer rooms with racked mounted servers an d communication equipment.Conduct process reviews, making recommendations to IT Management an d able to work independently with minimal supervision.Knowledge of backup an d recovery systems.Use Helpdesk based ticketing system to solve IT problems
Background an d skills
To be considered for this position, you need to have

1~2 years of experience working in a corporate environment supporting Microsoft technology.Excellent communication an d customer service skills with strong attention to detail an d highly organized.Profound knowledge of MS Office 365 an d Active Directory an d DHCPAble to support IT corporate requirements outside the normal business hours.Ability to travel as needed to deploy an d support corporate offices.Bachelor’s degree required in related IT majorMature communication skills both verbal an d written in English.
