岗位职责:
Main Responsibilities:
? Closely follow company policies an d procedures
? 认真遵守公司政策及规定
? Achieve team an d individual KPI targets an d complete store leaders’ assignments with high quality
? 完成日常业务指标及店铺分派工作
? Support Store Manager Ｏr Team Leader to manage store operations at Training, VM, RBO, etc.
? 协助店长或者带班管理店铺营运，提供培训，陈列和RBO系统的支持。
? Be acＣountable an d passionate, assist Store Manager an d lead the shift to achieve the team KPI an d complete store assignments with high quality
? 以身作则，带领当班员工完成当班销售指标及店铺分派工作
? Promote team work an d create passionate, healthy working environment within store
? 促进团队间合作，带动店铺营运气氛
? Assist store manager to coach store staff to improve selling skill an d store performance
? 协助店长提升员工销售能力及销售业绩
? Handle the unexpected incidents in store independently
? 独立处理店铺突发事件
? Coordinate the operation process in store with cross functions an d departments of the company
? 与公司各功能部门沟通，协调店铺各工作岗位的正常运作
? Keep good relationship an d cooperation with relative business partnership
? 与商场营运部门维持良好的沟通和协作
? Maintain the store image
? 维护店铺的形象（陈列，道具，卫生，员工形象等）
? Assist store manager to record the attendance an d calculate salary, support store manager to prepare forms an d report of store operations
? 协助店长管理店铺考勤及计算薪资，协助店长完成店铺营运各种报表和报告
? Check the inventory on time an d maintain optimum control of stock
? 完成每月公司盘点任务
任职资格:

? 良好的沟通技巧，态度友善，吃苦耐劳
Knowledge / Experience
? 2 years working experience in retail industry （the working experience in famous brand is a plus） an d 1 year in adidas group
? 从事零售行业至少2年以上（有知名品牌的服务背景更佳）-
? Excellent selling skill in retail industry, an d skillful in store VM, assortment planning, training
? 具备一流的销售技巧，并具备陈列能力，货品分析能力，培训能力,
Educational Background an d PC/Language/Other Skills
? High school
? 高中或以上学历
? Standard mandarin an d basic oral English skill
? 标准的普通话，有基本的英语会话能力
? Familiarize with adidas retail operation system an d office software
? 熟练使用公司零售终端系统和OFFICE软件
