Direct Material Purchasing Supervisor

性别要求：不限性别 Coordinate buyer’s activities related to purchasing of production material （direct material）, i.e. mainly steel, tubes, bushings an d brackets for Liaoyang plant following regional an d international cluster strategy of thyssenkrupp group Responsible for fixed asset investment purchasing according the strategy of TKPrepare pricing negotiations, contract terms, delivery schedules, capacities for direct materials in alignment an d with support to procurement manager an d thyssenkrupp’s regional an d international cluster strategy, preparation of contracts an d other long term agreements as required to suppliers Support procurement manager in regular review an d optimization of sourcing strategy for direct material based on profound market knowledge Supporting sourcing of new projects an d product development from procurement side mobilizing necessary resources to meet project objectives an d on-time launch though all milestone） Alignment, communication an d follow-up of daily operational interaction with national an d international material suppliers e.g. providing an d following up on rolling material forecasts an d Purchase Orders, on time delivery, claim management an d other activities Supporting procurement manager in increasing overall process efficiency inside procurement team according to highest international automotive standards through clear definition of procedures, documentation, entire procure to pay process, standard setting an d KPIs as well as proper controls an d optimized of SAP usage Supporting procurement manager in optimization of interfaces with other internal departments/activities through the value chain such as sales, material planning, logistics, production, warehouse, finance, project management an d quality Ensuring highest compliance standards in all procurement activities Actively observe team performance of material purchasing team, monitor related category performance an d profitability an d work out actions accordinglySteer-/ motivate team members, including development an d execution of action plans for performance improvement aligned with procurement manager Escalate the potential risk to related decision maker aware of that, in order to reduce the cost an d impact for the whole supply chain Experience an d Requirements At least 7-10 years of experience in material sourcing an d project purchasing management in automotive industryTeam lead experience of more than 3-5 years Extensive knowledge of global steel supplier base an d manufacturing processes in automotive industry （e.g. steel, tubes, bushing, brackets） Experience of fix asset investment purchasingExcellent understanding of operational procurement process Ability to manage supplier relationships with highest integrity in terms of compliance Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation, coaching an d mentoring skills; high degree of motivation with self-driven personality Excellent computer skills such as MS Excel, MS Words. Professional usage of SAP system an d fluent English in writing an d speaking are must have requirements Education Qualification: at least a Bachelor Degree
