Experience in connector an d cable assembly is preferredAbility to communicate an d interact verbally an d written with other related field project team members; QE, DE an d Vendors.Good product knowledge is a plus Fluent in English, communication skills an d interpersonal skills, patient an d circumspective Strong interpersonal, communication an d writing skills with a commitment to quality performance.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database management Responsibility:Manufacturing Process Sustaining & Improving Provide real time support for production for non-comfortable issue, give quick response/solution per failure analysis an d experiment verification. Study process flow to find opportunity for production efficiency/quality improvement through TEOA Process validation Conduct process validation for process/material/equipment changing, make sure validation plan is integrity an d effective.Manufacturing Process Development an d ImprovementDevelop new technical innovation an d improve cable assembly manufacturing process to improve quality level an d efficiency in order to effectively support production an d new business development.Technical Support Provide technical support to tooling/fixture design, an d involve the key process tooling/fixture improvement in order to effectively support production an d new business development. Process Documentation ManagementInitiate SOP （Standard Operation Process） /LA documents in order to effectively support production an d new business development. New Product Development SupportParticipate in Technical Review as manufacturing engineering leader, drive team to delivery required technical information to costing team. In charge of make engineering sample according to project schedule. Lead new process introduction in order to effectively support production an d new business development, Prepare an d submit ME deliverables at corresponding stage gate. Another work assigned by manager.
