BASIC FUNCTION 负责公司年度改善计划制定、确保改善目标达成,并定期跟踪进展。负责部门日常的管理工作。 Responsible for setting up the KOS improvement plans / insuring KOS goals’ reaching an d following up progress in time. an d then follow up all admin. Work in dept. SPECIFIC RESPONSBILITIES l 对部门及自己的安全行为/安全绩效负责; Responsible for safety behavior an d safety performance for dept. an d oneself. l 负责生产力指数/改善节约/节约的目标达成; Responsible for achieving productivity index an d Kaizen’s saving an d KOS saving targets. l 负责建立KOS改善机制,包括:V-DEP/ 效率/改善; Responsible for setting up the KOS improving system of V-DEP / Productivity / Kaizen. l 负责重点项目攻关的介入及方法指导、效果跟踪; Responsible for tackling the key projecting an d guiding the methods/following the status. l 负责根据公司实际情况,与各部门沟通,改善项目的立项、跟踪与效果验证,改善成果的推广; Communicate with each dept an d make out /carry out the improvement projects according the practical instance.extending the improving achievements. l 负责KOS方法的培训、指导、推行; Responsible for training / directing / practicing methods of KOS. l 完成上级安排的其他工作。 Accomplish any other assignment as assigned by superior.
