Technical Sales Representative/医疗器械销售代表Responsibilities:
1. AcCount Management (60%)
- Know key decision makers, develop rapport, an d understand whole decision making process - Customer visits, conduct presentations, seminars - Able to identify red flags with acCount, handle objections, identify influencers an d know competitors - Plan weekly/ monthly sales activities - Execute delegated strategies to develop an d grow assigned territories - Co-ordinate an d liaise with key opinion leaders for sponsorships an d educational visits
2. Customer Relationship Building (30%) - Keep close contacts with customers - Provide clinical papers to customers Constant interactions & conversations
3. Customer Education (10%)
- Problem solving an d solution presentations Communicate an d consistently Update customers on new information
Requirements: - 3 years medical sales experience (Pharmaceutical sales experience can be considered) - Minimum Diploma in medical, nursing, other relevant disciplines Or state registered nurse. - Good communication an d interpersonal skill.
工作职责:
1. 客户管理(60%): 和供应商及客户有效沟通完成销售指标。 进行客户拜访,做好产品培训及相关研讨会等工作。 了解市场同类产品相关信息及市场动态 做好每周/每月的销售分析和总结,与上级有积极的沟通完成销售任务, 时时分析工作中不足之处并予以改进
2. 客户关系(30%):
做好老客户的关系维护,并且不断创新发展新客户,与客户保持沟通、互动
3. 客户沟通(10%):及时有效地解决问题,并提供相应的解决方案保持长久有效的沟通,并且不断更新客户信息
任职资格: 至少3年相关经验, 有医疗器械类销售工作者优先考虑 医药、护理相关专业大专及以上 具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧,具有亲和力
