岗位职责:
1.own the full recruiting cycle from setting recruiting strategy to making the job offer.
2.You set the recruitment marketing an d sourcing strategy using a powerful set of tools an d technologies. You work with the support of our researchers an d your own considerable proactive sourcing capabilities to find the best that the talent market has to offer.
3.You are the key point of contact for candidates an d only those that have the potential to be high performers get past your screen to be presented to the hiring manager.
4.You manage the candidate experience – an d often your hiring managers – to maintain a positive image.
5.You leverage our employer brand to build interest an d build proactive candidate pipelines for our future needs.
6.You are aligned to one of businesses so that you can build your understanding of the business an d can act as a partner an d talent advisor to your hiring managers.
7.You are networked with colleagues in an d beyond China who support the same business segments you do, allowing you to add value by bringing market intelligence, including competitor insights, to the table with your Hiring Managers.
8.You also have the opportunity to work with your future colleagues on project teams across HR in China an d with Talent Acquisition colleagues globally.
任职要求:
1.Your bring 5 years of recruiting experience preferable
2.You have a BA Or BS degree.
3.You know the tools of the recruiting trade including recruitment marketing an d sourcing strategies as well as social media an d sourcing tools (linkedIn, Jobs 51, etc.).
4.You are a fan of technology as evidenced by your knowledge of relevant recruiting an d business tools.
5.You are a skilled relationship builder an d interviewer with a sound foundation in China’s relevant laws an d regulations related to recruiting.
6.You seek a fast paced environment an d are excited about being part of a global Talent Acquisition community
7.You are not only fluent in Chinese an d English, but use your language skills to build relationships, communicate transparently an d be influential with hiring managers, candidates an d colleagues.
