CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR /商务合同执行Contract Administrator Hydro Aluminium Beijing is responsible for day-to-day operation/optimization of Hydro s alumina position in China including domestic sales an d sourcing contracts （in close co-operation with Trading Manager,and Logistic Specialist of Hydro Aluminium Beijing an d B&A Commercial in Europe）
Areas of responsibility:- -Planning of all CIF deliveries to China in co-operation with Trading Manager Beijing an d B&A Commercial Europe- -Operation of sales contracts to domestic customers- -Operation of purchase contracts from domestic suppliers- -Operation of export contracts in co-operation with B&A Commercial Europe- -Operation of warehouse activities in co-operation with Logistic Specialist- -Hydro Beijing Database Solution Ｕpdates
Take full responsibility of contract operation as below:- -Contract preparation in co-operation with Trading Manager an d Logistic Specialist.- -Agree upon detailed delivery schedules for sales out of warehouse China- -Agree upon detailed delivery schedules for domestic deliveries- -Follow up in case of commitments on land logistics- -Follow up of suppliers, customers an d agents to ensure a smooth operation- -Follow up of commercial terms/payments- -Follow up of documents preparation for customs clearance- -Follow up an d report Hydro Beijing B&A position in China i.e. all sales, stocks in warehouse China, an d purchase/sales/stocks domestic units- -Support on invoices an d VAT Fapiao issues towards customers- -Filing of all relevant documents linked to the transactions- -Operate within Hydro s governance system regarding policies an d strategies- -Perform other required duties
Functional profile：- -University degree in Trading, Business, Marketing- -At least 2-3 year experience in similar job functions- -Knowledge an d experience in Aluminium industry is a plus- -Ability to build good relations with internal an d external suppliers an d customers- -Strong analytical capabilities an d commercial mindset to be able to actively support regarding optimization of Hydro s China bauxite an d alumina positions on a day-to-day basis- -Strong ability to co-operate an d communicate with internal an d external parties - -Ability to deliver high performance over time, an d avoiding operational problems- -Fluent in English an d Chinese- -Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines an d manage a hectic work environment with peak loads- -Ability to develop an d maintain good relations across the organization- -High ethical standard
