Join in the work such as equipment installing, adjusting, test run, inspection an d acceptance of completed project, an d in charge of the daily maintenance, checking an d operation instructing of the on-site equipments based on the requirements of production process where needs automatic equipments, electric /instrument automation operation in order to ensure the normal running of the equipment.根据公司对于生产过程中涉及自动化设备，电气/仪表自控运行提出的要求，参与项目现场设备安装调试，试运行，竣工验收，负责日常维护、点检及使用指导等系列工作，确保设备的正常运转；3. Provide some technical support in terms of scheme, process, inspection an d purchasing from own view based on the technology requirements of projects in the company, provide resolving an d adjustment solutions for technical issues during process an d perform follow-up tracking.根据公司项目的技术要求，从自身角度出发，对方案，工艺，审核，采购等环节给予技术支持，对过程中出现的技术问题提供解决与调整方案，并做好后续跟踪；4. Keep active communication with production plants, provide technology support for daily optimize an d renovation of equipments based on the special requirements of automatic equipments an d apparatus/instrument to ensure smooth production an d improve production efficiency.与生产车间保持积极的沟通，依据其对自动化设备，仪器/仪表等的特殊要求，为设备的优化和改造提供技术支持，确保生产的顺利进行并不断提高生产效率；5.Statistic, analyze an d manage all the automatic equipment an d electric/instrument in the company, make the daily maintenance an d preventative maintenance plan.统计，分析并管理公司现有的自动化设备及电气/仪表，做好日常维护及预防性维修计划；6. Perform the job of checking an d testing according to the requirements of the State, Jilin province an d local government to make sure compliance with the standards for chemical industry company.依照国家，吉林省及当地政府的相关要求做好相关仪表的检查或检测，确保公司达到化工类生产型企业的标准；7. Formulating, managing an d perfecting the related spare parts management ; submitting spare parts purchasing application based on the inventory, ensure the requirement of maintenance an d repairing.制定，管理并完善相关备件管理，根据库存情况制定并提交备件采购，确保维护及维修需求；8. Analyzing root causes for the electric an d instrument defect , develop reasonable an d workable technical solutions in order to reduce the repair frequency.分析电气及仪表类故障的根本原因来找出合理且可行的技术方案，降低维修频率；9.Analyze the electric consumption timely, an d develop the energy saving an d recycle technology application, make sure electric consumption is reasonable.及时分析公司电能消耗，开发节能应用技术，确保电能消耗合理。10. Provide related training to the maintainer; aim to increase their technical ability.提供对维护人员的针对提高相关维护技能的培训11.Coordinate with other department/unit regarding relevant business an d provide relevant support.配合其它部门的相关业务，提供相关支持
