岗位职责:
Defines?long-term strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates an d closes
business deals an d maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions
1) Requires a thorough knowledge of the market an d competitors, identify an d develop the company’s unique selling
propositions an d differentiators.
2) Work with the internal cross function team to increase sales opportunities
3)Call as appropriate within target market Or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
4) Identify potential clients, an d the decision makers within the client organization.
5) Research an d build relationships with new clients. Make presentations on solutions an d services that meet Or predict
clients’ future needs.
6) Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements an d working through differences to a positive conclusion
7) Attend industry functions, such as association events an d conferences, an d provide feedback an d information on market
and creative trends
8) Submit weekly progress reports an d Forecast sales targets an d ensure they are met by the team
9) Track an d record activity on acCounts an d ensure a stable long term partnership
任职资格:
1) Bachelor’s Degree Or above
2) 8 years experience in Sales/AcCount management/Marketing related function
3) Good Communication skills, Strong interpersonal skills (Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting)
4) Strong drive to succeed, Motivation for fulfilling Sales target
5) Good command of both English an d Chinese
6) Candidates with packaging an d printing background are preferred.
