Responsibilities:Achieve required KPIs, to include outbound call numbers an d time an d other identified metricsContact customers in order to maintain an d improve relationship. Prepare offers (following product, features an d benefits structure) an d follow-up.Negotiate offer conditions: price, delivery time an d payment within the predetermined frameMaintain accurate an d up-to-date data & report in system.Build an d use internal an d external networks to ensure customer satisfaction an d drive activity at site level To find new contacts an d expand the range of products purchased to position FESTO as their supplier of choice issue, follow up an d convert profitable quotationsSupport Marketing campaigns to drive activity an d salesInternal Sales activity management targetsFollow SPET process mainly in terms of contact preparation, customer information an d reporting using existing tools (SFA,...).
Requirements:2 years of relevant business experience necessary.Customer oriented, good communication skill, well-organized, careful, sense of responsibility, urgency an d ownership.At least 2 years working experience on sales Or telephone sales in automation industry.Good learning ability.Good command in English an d PC skill, being familiar with ERP system will be a plus.Good communication skills as well as the ability to persuade.Abilitytogenerateteamselling.
