Job description:
1. Monitor an d lead the improvement the customer KPI performance（0KM/Field/NCC）, Customer Quality managerment in customer plant issue
2.Lead quality weekly meeting，lead an d define improvement activity in QMPP group，Quality scorecard
3.Monitor an d improve the location 8D close rate in the daily working to fulfill the BU Ｏr location target an d perform the 8D audit according to the Conti procedure such as 0km issue,warranty issue,8D evaluation
4.Lead QMPP group to full complete the working content, ensure the normal working sequence
5.CP review,Product audit,Annual PV
6.Release of product/process/supplied component changes implementation.
7.Support PPAP an d manufacturing trail run.
8.Collect Lessons Learned an d extend to other project
*Job Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree Ｏr Above with Electrical Ｏr Mechanical Engineering
2.More than 3 Years Quality Experience in Automotive Industry
3.Testing Ｏr Designing Experience for Electrical Components will be a Plus4.Good Command of English an d Communication Skill
