岗位描述 YOUR TASKS
1. Technically supports sales to acquire Sensor/Actuator business. Independently initiate new customers an d promote Hella products
为销售部门在传感器/执行器项目上提供技术支持。独立发展新客户和推广海拉产品。
2. Define customer design projects with support of product managers an d Design Managers.
在产品经理和设计经理的协助下研发客户定制产品。
3. Successful lead a cross function team to execute design projects on cost, on time an d on quality according to Hella Procedure;
具有领导跨部门团队运作研发项目的能力，并依照海拉标准流程控制成本，时间以及质量的相关指标。
4. Timely report project statues in project review meeting both with management an d with customers
定期和管理层以及客户举行项目会议，汇报当前项目进展。
5. Carrying out project controlling in the form of reviews （concluding an d interim reports） with project sponsors on the basis of agreed quality, cost an d timing targets an d find solutions for any deviations.
依照预定的质量，目标以及时间目标，通过定期汇总回顾的方式对项目进行整体管理，并且为任何潜在的风险寻求解决方案。
6. Coach Project engineers to accomplish application projects management.
训导项目工程师完成其应用项目的管理。

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1. Professional PC experience （MS office, Lotus Notes, Internet）
有电脑办公应用软件使用经验。（ MS office, Lotus Notes, Internet）
2. Proficient in Japanese.
精通日语
3. Strong business development mindset
良好的商业发展意识
4. Engineering education background in Mechanical engineering/electronics
机械/电子工程师专业的教育背景。
5. Familiar with Plastic parts design an d tooling knowledge;
熟悉塑料件的设计和制模相关知识。
6. Familiar with automotive products development process like APQP an d PPAP an d Quality standards like QS9000, TS16949;
熟悉汽车产品研发流程，例如：APQP和 PPAP 以及质量标准：QS9000,TS16949
7. At least 4 years project management experience in automotive industry an d good knowledge for economics;
有至少四年从事汽车行业项目管理经验，以及对商业运作有良好的了解。
8. Good communication skill with customer, good presentation an d negotiation skills.
良好的与客户沟通能力，拥有出色的展示以及谈判能力。
