Deloitte China Tax an d Business Advisory is the only Big Four practice that works As One across Greater China Region including the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau an d Taiwan with nearly 2,000 tax people in 21 cities to advise an d assist clients concerning tax an d business issues. It is also a Tier One tax practice in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong an d Taiwan （International Tax Review’s World Tax 2017）.
Job Responsibilities:
1. 负责平台产品模块及组件设计、开发与测试, 及相关系统的集成接口开发联调;
2. 负责应用的日常维护与功能优化，分析和解决系统生产环境上遇到的各种问题;
3. 负责系统的性能调优，包括对现有架构的优化与数据库优化等；
Qualification:
Job Requirement:
1. Java基础扎实, 熟练使用第三方开源库, 并了解实现模式；
2. 具备良好的面向对象编程能力, 熟悉设计模式，并具有规范的开发、设计文档写作能力；
3. 2年以上Web及前端开发经验，包括javascript、ajax、json、jQuery等开源框架;
4. 3年以上Java服务器端开发经验，熟悉J2EE体系架构, Structs, Spring, Hibernate等；
5. 熟悉Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB等数据库开发；
5. 熟悉Maven项目构建；
6. 有分布式系统项目开发, 设计经验者优先；
7. 能够独立承担产品模块功能设计和开发；
8. 有较好的沟通和团队协作能力；
9. 有责任心，积极向上，有严谨的工作态度，做事谨慎细致，考虑问题全面；
10. 统招本科及以上学历，3年及以上项目经验，参与过的开源项目者优先；
11.有财务,税务背景者优先；
12.有互联网从业经验者优先；
13.可接受少量出差。
