招聘人数：1 人 性别要求：不限性别 Essential Job Duties: Focus on safety an d advice on best working practices during execution of maintenance an d repairs, as per Liebherr guidelines. Respect the customer guidelines on the mine site. Guide an d train the on-site Service team Train the technicians doing the service on the equipment （hands-on training） Provide guidelines for planning an d preventive/predictive maintenance Perform Ｏr supervise mechanical an d electrical maintenance an d repair tasks on the equipment: Test the equipment’s performance Troubleshooting Advise on maintenance practices for equipment long term durability Represent Liebherr towards the on-site service team an d the customer Provide information on factory Ｕpdates an d upgrades Advise on the special tooling, the spare parts stock, the equipment usage Promote Liebherr products an d services Organize major jobs, such as machine assembly / commissioning, Ｏr major component’s change-out Report on his activities Inspections, service an d visit reports Failure report an d improvement proposal reports for information of Liebherr Mining Factory Attend when required to Liebherr Mining internal product improvement’s meetings Position Specific Competencies: Very good knowledge an d experience in maintenance an d repairs on Liebherr equipment. Ability to troubleshoot with methodology any type of failure. Ability to communicate in verbal an d written form with customers. Leadership skills Good knowledge of MS Office （Word, Excel, Outlook） General Competencies: Cost Awareness: Strives to keep costs within budget, an d communicates status of cost developments. Language: Fluent in English an d in other national language. Mastering Spanish, French Ｏr German would be a further advantage Adaptation an d integration : ability to work in different cultural environments Ability to face critical situations: to defend the Liebherr image in all circumstances. Education an d Experience: Technical high school （mechanic, hydraulic Ｏr electro-mechanic）. Experience in heavy duty equipment maintenance: ideally more than 5 years.
