工作职责:
Accountable for HR relevant responsible deliverable from Business Services, assure that all operating targets and financial objectives are achieved related to the processes, internal controls are strictly executed as required.
-Prioritize daily workload to meet companies and Corporate goals
-Understand overall business goals and how HR daily processes supports these goals
-In charge of employee’s compensation & benefits, incentive & annual bonus calculation and payment release timely & accurately.
- Ensure procession of social insurance, housing fund etc. employee welfare are aligned with local regulations and company policies.
-Ensure various compensation & benefits data analysis and reports deliverables.
- Manage employee master data maintenance and leave application procedure.
-Manage case handling of employee’s inquires and requests.
-Achieve performance KPI and pursue continuous improvements.
任职资格:
l工作经验:Proven record of at least 5 years on HR field and people management.
l学历:University degree at least
l专业知识: HR/ Economics /Statistics Major
l行业知识:Manufacturing industry & multinational company background.
l其它知识和技能:
·Well-versed in China labour laws, business practices and government operations.
·Familiar with human resources strategies and policies and strong in the implementation.
·Exposure in pharm manufactory industry will be advantage.
·Proficiency in MS Office Application including Word, Excel, Power Point.
·Stable employment track record is required.
·Excellent organization, problem solving, communication, presentation skillset.
·Good team player, highly motivated, flexible, strong sense of responsibility.
·Fluent in both written and oral English
