职位名称：Project Manager项目经理-汽车零部件（压铸）

工作地点：苏州工业园区

岗位职责：

1. Output flow chart, packing solution, TR files partly based on studying customer specifi-cations and technical inputs so that cost calculation can be fulfilled during RFQ.

2. Play the role of interface with customer, coordinate & report between company and customer.

3. Define project clearly incl. team members, schedule, quality, cost, risk and project scope so that the project can be kicked off with clear objectives.

4. Create quality planning and technical documents incl. process flow chart, BOM, PFMEA, control plan so that trial run and afterwards serial production & quality control can be organized and realized without risk.

5. Create credit application and investment plan so that all investments within project scope can be implemented with project team member support.

6. Create quality gate, organize & coordinate internal and external resources to realize de-tailed project tasks, pass all quality gates, evaluate risk and escalate.

7. Take the lead to introduce product engineering change.

8. Take the lead on packing solutions and optimization.

任职资格：

1、本科或以上以上学历。

2、有3年以上汽车零部件行业项目管理经历，熟悉压铸或铸造行业者优先考虑。

3、英语流利沟通。
