·Responsible for all accounting,budgeting, financial controls, and costs for an entity or organization. Workswith the Business Unit/Line of Business/Functional Controller to applyconsistent accounting practices at the operations level. Participates in theleadership team for the operation.

·Manages all accountingpractices for the entity; conducts the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecastprocesses.

·Works with the businessunit/line of business/functional controller to apply consistent accountingpractices.

·Participates in thebusiness as a member of the leadership team.

·Ensures processes areefficient and that the product/operation maintains cost effectiveness.

·Partners with businessleaders to provide input into development of business strategies.

·Leads financecommunications across the operation.

·Manages the monthly andquarterly financial reporting process, including general ledger and subsidiaryfinancial ledgers.

·Maintains a strongcontrol environment across the key business cycles, including accountreconciliations and systems implementations.

·Provides appropriateresources for internal and external financial and process audits.

·Implements recommendedchanges to accounting practices.

·Coordinates financialmodeling of quotation packages.

·Develops and presentsreports and analyses to the business leader.

·Leads efforts to complywith any governmental or regulatory organization financial requirements.

·Provides businesssupport, in terms of accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory control,shipping/receiving and payroll.

·Forecasts logistics costsand inventory; provides leadership to business to meet logistics and workingcapital targets.

·Leads financial analysison capital projects and overall capital management process at the entitylevel.

·Coaches and mentors allentity finance staff; assigns work according to availability, skills, anddevelopmental needs; assesses performance and provides feedback to directreports.

Education,Licenses, Certifications

College, university, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Financeor related field required.
