1. for the quality of all external manufacturing services and supplier materials like e.g. plastic housing, ceramic substrate, stamped metal supplier parts and metal coating.

2. for the organization of incoming inspection, the release of incoming goods, the reject of failed parts and the corresponding documentation in ERP/Kingdee system.

3. for supplier complaint management handling, database documentation, 8D-report assessment and reporting.

处理供应商投诉，包括数据库文件, 8 D报告评估和其他报告。

4. for equipment in incoming goods lab (e.g. CMM, light microscopy (incl. greenlight), XDLM).

管理来料实验室设备(如CMM、光镜、XDLM)。

5. for the fulfillment of IATF 16949 internal QM processes and internal lab requirements.

6. for the setup and coordination of stock screening actions in SIAPM warehouse.

岗位要求：

A bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering (Material science) or Material Engineering

机械工程(材料学)或材料工程等相关专业，本科以上学历

At least 8 years of work experience in the field of automotive supplier management

至少8年以上汽车供应商管理工作经验;

8D、Ishikawa systematic和3x5why

8D等问题解决方法相关的知识和实际经验

VDA2/PPAP experience

VDA2/PPAP相关经验

Deep knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF16949 requirements: certification for IATF16949 and/or VDA6.3

Knowledge and practical experience in problem-solving methodology like 8D, Ishikawa systematic and 3x5why
