Job Responsibility: 1. Achieve target of volume, revenue and product mix of key account (KA) business 2. Maintain existing accounts, and develop new business in premium workshops (4S store, Fleet, Chain store, etc.) 3. Understand the company’s KA strategy and implement it with good result 4. Assess key accounts of different phases periodically and design tailored made development programs and marketing activities to meet customer value proposition 5. Guide distributors to utilize KA management system and sales toolkits (e.g., SPANCO, POPSA, call report etc.) efficiently in daily work 6. Collect and consolidate industry information, and provide market analysis and reports 7. Ensure smooth internal and external relationship for business development Job Location: 江/浙/沪/广州 Requirement: 1. Bachelor degree, major in business, marketing, and vehicle engineering etc. is preferable. 2. Minimum 3 years Lubricant, Auto aftermarket, or FMCG industry sales experiences. Familiarity with channel key account development and strong customer networks is an advantage. 3. Strong skills in communication, coordination & planning, social and negotiation 4. Able to work under pressure 5. Available to travel often 6. Self-driven, strong sense of accountability, and teamwork 7. Sales experience in multinational (oil) companies is an advantage
