2001年，江苏锦明工业机器人自动化有限公司成立于江苏省江阴市，设立玻璃事业部，在传统玻璃机械行业打下良好口碑，玻璃行业成套设备远销海内外。
2008年，公司成立 锦明科技机器人研发和应用中心 ，专注于机器人本体和系统集成应用的研发，设立了装配事业部、物流事业部、研发和应用中心。研发中心先后自主研制了六轴串联关节机器人系列、3/4轴并联机器人系列、视觉系统、分拣系统、仓储WCS/WMS系统、MES控制管理系统等，截止到2017年6月，拥有国家专利37项（其中发明专利7项），软件著作权6项。

In 2001, Jinming was established in Jiangyin City Jiangsu Province. Glass business division was started then, an d during the past years, the company has good reputation in that field an d the glass equipment have been sold to many Ｃountries.
In 2008, Jinming Robot R&A Center was established focusing on research an d development of robot an d system integration. Three dedicated teams including Assembly Business Division, Logistics Business Division an d Technology Support Division.
