Tasks
Analyze the regional market to search, investigate and develop new supplier, and support Category Manager to define supplier portfolioSupport Category Manager in building and implementing sourcing and category strategySupport Category Manager on supplier negotiations of frame agreement, taking account of commercial, logistics, pricing and quality aspectsDrive procurement KPIs – procurement savings, supplier quality and OTD, supplier payment terms, supplier lead time, supplier consolidation and data accuracyWork as team member of M2M, NPI and DTC projects covering supply chain aspectsManage supplier performance and development with collaboration with quality and procurement teams, supplier claim managementMaintenance of supplier master data and information in the systems such as SAP, Jaggaer DirectManage multicultural interfaces, close collaboration with internal stakeholders to execute cross functional projects and tasksEnsure good, transparent and effective communication between strategic procurement and internal customers
Required qualifications
Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Industrial/EconomicsAbove 8 years working experience in equipment manufacture industryAbove 5 years’ experience of industrial sourcing in multinational companiesAdvanced Sourcing methods (TCO, cost breakdown, negotiations skills, supplier selection, development and relationship management)Good general understanding of machining related manufacture processGood knowledge of the company operations, such as logistic, finance, production, quality and R&DGood Microsoft office software skills – excel, word, PowerPointSelf-driven and apt to take decisionsPresentation and representations skillsPersonal commitment and result orientedCross functional, holistic and logic thinking and action takingGood communication skills with influencing and convincing
