Job Summary
This position is located in WUXI, China, who will be responsible for selling and promoting products, services to potential and existing customers. This position is customer focused and requires an individual that understands value proposition, self-motivated and flexible (a team player who is always willing to pitch in with other tasks as needed to successfully support the client account)
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Business Development and Market Manager to develop new business for life science business globally.
Manage and enhance the relationship with existing customers.
Define best channel to market strategies and manage key channel partners in the region.
Responsible for sales growth and sales development efforts in industrial products.
Develop market and competitive intelligence in applications, market trends, potential customers and completion.
Implement marketing strategies to maximize profitable sales, develop and manage distribution channels as well as direct sales for effective value selling.
Responsible to strategic account planning efforts and management and take initiative to improve customer satisfaction.
Review monthly sales forecast, and focus sales activities on achievement of the forecast and the AOP.
Develop sales pipelines.
Qualifications/Desired Skills:
Deep knowledge of industrial products or chemical products.
Rich sales or market development working experience and good market application knowledge.
Strong business acumen, bias for action and results orientation.
Customer focus.
Good interpersonal skills and team work spirit.
Strong learning capability and desire to learn and grow the career through contribution to company’s growth strategy.
Good communication skills in English internally and externally.
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree.
5 years or above working experience.
Sales or market development.
PC literate
Open minded and self-motivation
Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
Maturity, Ethics, Self-discipline are key characteristics to be identified
