Job Description
Job Summary:
Handle Customs affairs concerning import and export business
Arrange and trace international transportation
Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
? Handling daily customs clearance work during import & export. Process for raw material, Machine, spare parts etc.
? Closely work with cross functions incl. purchasing, planning, warehouse, FIN, sales etc.
? Trace and track international transportation status for import/export business
? Follow up and coordinate import/export license and other certificates application process
? Prepare and keep related documents of import/export business
? Proactively communicate with customs broker, forwarders, Customs
? Management of brokers (evaluate and improve the performance)
? Prepare regular reporting for management purpose
Additional Information
Education:
Bachelor degree or above
Work Experience:
-At least five years working experiences in handling customs clearance and related fields in foreign-owned enterprise.
-Experienced and keen on the practical operation of international trade
-With automotive industry background is preferred
Knowledge/ Skills:
Familiar and deep understanding of the latest policies and developing tendencies of the Customs, CIQ, international trade management
