- Bachelor's Degree - Minimum 3 years' experience of assistant/ secretary/office admin in International company; - Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written in both Chinese and English.- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT - Strong office administrative management;- Confidentiality and discretion - Effective, proactive and open-minded with positive attitude, willing to improve and accept new ideas - High team work spririt with professional poise and courtesy; - A multi-tasker who possesses good organization skills and is able to manage multiple priorities, to meet deadlines and to anticipate - Performance Expectations: confidentiality, honesty, reliability, accuracy, quality, effectiveness, efficiency, timeliness; - maintain the integrity of confidential business; ability to communicate and cooperate effectively with colleagues and partners.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Daily routine support to Senior Director, perform all the relative supporting duties, including but not limited to meeting arrangements, documents organization and check, business trip organization, expense reports etc. 2. Manage company chops, ensure the chop use accuracy and company policy compliance, check and control all the documents for chop and for approval by signature/e-mail etc. 3. Act as a liaison between the Senior Director and government, corporate management team, parallel departments and relevant visitors, support on the communications and organizations of the related business. 4. Prepare various types of reports, documents, presentations effectively and efficiently. Ensure the accuracy of the content and figures. 5. Receive & organize visitors as needed, provide all the related supports. 6.Anyothertasksassigned.
