To be a contact person between our organisation in China and the rest of the companies in the group为西螺集团在中国的分支机构和该集团在其它国家地区公司间的联络人Preparing offers for customers and negotiation of Price, Inco-term, Payment, ect with customer准备报价并和客户商谈价格,交付条款,付款条件等商务沟通Build personal relationships with customers’ key organizations (purchasing, engineering, sales, logistic, quality and finance)和客户各部门建议良好的关系(采购,技术,销售,物流,品质和财务)Support the customers engineering teams when developing new applications/products配合客户技术团队一起开发新的产品Fulfill the company and personal targets in line with company’s objectives (QISC)履行并实现公司和个人设定的目标并于公司发展方向保持一致(QISC质量,创新,服务和竞争性)Manage the customers of the company and get new customers and projects to increase the sales管理公司现有客户及发掘新客户和新项目并增长销售额Generate and maintain various sales reports, proposals and charts生成和维护各种销售报表, 建议和图表Customers’ orders follow up客户订单跟踪Supervise margins, and manage the Customers Satisfaction report and follow-up负责监督和管理产品毛利,完成客户满意报告并对客户满意度进行及时的跟踪并改进Administrative supporting services to meet the normal business requirement行政后勤支持以确保正常经营所需To help in many other tasks in sales, logistics, finance, ….提供相关业务帮助, 如销售, 物流, 财务等等Provide some translation/interpretation services and document review资料翻译和审核Visiting customer regularly, Knowing competitor information, Guard strictly company trade secret定期访问客户,了解竞争对手信息,严守公司商业机密Other jobs assigned by Superior,including the Key Account management and Project leadership上级交办的其它工作,包括主要客户的管理和项目负责
