招聘人数：1 人 性别要求：不限性别 Position Profile: Develop and improve the computer system management program, develop appropriate technical solutions, and the specific organization and implementation, to ensure the normal operation of the computer system security. Job Responsibility 1. Maintenance and repair of computer network facilities to ensure that the network equipment in good standby; 2. Maintain ERP system to ensure the normal operation of the system 3. Assist finance to monitor ERP system and hardware software and give reasonable advice and help when problems arise 4. Key SAP person for processes including a) Developing and supporting business processes within SAP Supply Chain Area b) Ensuring that SAP Supply Chain processes are consistent with the each other and other business process areas like finance c) Support Local organization in SAP supply chain and collaborate with global SAP team d) Develop and deliver request for changes & incidents - both local & global e) Implementing and securing the foundation of new processes including testing, documentation and end user training / education 5. Do a good job in the computer room records and the problems of the network file 6. Daily maintenance of data to maintain the capacity of the data in the server 7. Establishment of computer management software and hardware file 8. Organize company computer application training 9. Complete other tasks assigned by leader 10. Strictly enforce the 5S standards for this position 11. Strictly abide by the company rules and regulations Position Qualification Education Background ◆Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic engineering, computer science or related Working Experience: ◆More than 3 years working experience in computer network maintenance. Three years of experience in SAP processes within supply chain and understand its key concepts. ◆Hands on experience in configuring SAP MM / PP / LE. Technical Skill: ◆Strong background in computer technology ◆Understand basic SAP table structures and have knowledge about user exits / enhancements. ◆Have a good overview of business processes in a broader perspective in connection with the business goals and requirements of the global organization. Others: ◆Initially he/she has to know about the requirements of the clients regarding the project. u Creative Analyzing – Analyze the risk factors of the project. u Proper Planning – Outline or blueprint of the SAP modules has to be made properly. u Time Management– Managing time is important in Project Management in order to finish the project on or before the due time given. u Excellent Leadership – Effective Leading of a group is concerned vital. u English is our corporate language, so it is expected that you communicate fluently in English in spoken and written.
