ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMajor responsibilities: · In partnership with site HR managers, divisional HR leadership, Global Legal, Compliance and Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) team as needed,1. Manage and conduct ongoing assessment of risk, and identifying a plan and processes to address/mitigate the identified risk and requirements. 2. Continuously monitor various internal and external compliance requirements, determine any impact to company policy and/or practices, and partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement any required new / revised policies and practices. 3. Manage the assessment, assignment and/or review of workplace complaints/inquiries submitted through Jabil’s Ethics Point database tracking system. o Where appropriate, follow up on or investigate workplace complaints/inquires.4. Serve as a trusted advisor to / subject matter expert for internal partners on HR compliance related issues, serving as a consultant to site HR managers and practitioners on HR compliance issues. 5. Promote the HR compliance program at all levels within Jabil, and partner with SER to do the same for people related aspects of the RBA Code of Conduct. 6. Develop and implement HR compliance related training for site HR managers and other related functions. · Responsible for independent decision-making, with guidance from internal and external legal counsel as needed, to help analyze risk, develop plans to mitigate risk, and monitor progress of mitigation efforts in the most effective way to support the business. ·May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS Better knowledge and experience with ethics and compliance policies and processes, and with applicable employment law requirements and restrictions.Experience with successfully managing complex employee relations issues, and with dealing with all levels of an organization to address these issues.Experience with conducting end-to-end internal investigations, and with government investigations.Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and managing continuous compliance/ risk mitigation programs. Strong and convincing communication skills. · Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Undergraduate degree required; postgraduate degree and/or major in Law is preferred; Comprehensive knowledge of China employment laws, rules and regulations;Working knowledge of the RBA Code of Conduct preferred;Minimum 8 years proven experience in employee relations, internal compliance investigations, issue resolution (e.g. Terminations, Severance, Disciplinary, Conflict Resolution, Reductions in Force, etc.), documentation, reporting and follow;Good verbal and written communication skills;Listening, understanding and responding skills;Strategic thinking skills and ability to translate into action;Self-motivation and result-driven orientated; Adaptability, teamwork, and collaboration;
