MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES:主要职责Guest service manager is oversee the whole Front Office department operation area, assist and facilitate all section’s operation be smooth, supervise service according to department standard. Handle guest complaint and solve it with professional solution. Demonstrate self as a sample among the team.
