招聘人数：1 人 性别要求：不限性别 PURPOSEResponsible for an d lead the technical design an d development process including the fit sessionsPLACE OF WORKWuxi City, Jiangsu, ChinaRESPONSIBILITIES Provide technical direction for the development, design, an d systems integration from definition phase through implementation for client engagement. Own the development life cycle an d is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project. Manage fit sessions with Design an d Product Development; maximize fit session productivity an d schedule follow-up fits for corrections as needed. Be able to accurately assess garments for fit, spec, an d shape; measure samples, create specs, finalize grading, identify issues. Create an d design patterns from first patterns. Fit garments on model to determine corrections an d recommend corrections to Designer. Identify, coordinate an d resolve corrections/problems with Sample Maker. Identify an d communicate styling an d fit issues with buyer. Evaluate, create an d implement standard grading rules to ensure consistency in fit an d contribute actively in terms of fit/principle pattern guidelines. Understand an d consider relationship between pattern/material usage/yields during pattern creation as it relates to margins. Consult an d train Marketing, Design, Product Developer on pattern an d fit Ｕpdates an d issue resolution. Develops training plans an d manuals for the global pattern an d Product Development teams. Mentor （Pattern Makers / Product Developer） in pattern making / fit. Work on an ongoing basis on new solutions to reach creative pattern goals, by using new methods an d systems and/or new construction. KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of raw materials an d manufacturing process. Strong knowledge of various 2-D and/or 3-D CAD software packages EXPERIENCE 4 year Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering Ｏr product development related degree 8 years’ experience in performance apparel Must have strong technical knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, an d tech packs Successful experience in leading apparel fitting with ability to handle volume in fitting process in active wear, sportswear, athleisure wear, outerwear SKILLS Ability to communicate clearly an d concisely Problem solving skill Organization skill English an d Chinese reading an d writing skills COMPETENCIES LEVEL Organization an d planning Team work Commitment Influence Communication OTHER QUALIFICATION Detail oriented Integrity Requires a diligent approach to workload an d maintaining timely communication with customers
