Purpose: 目的 Be responsible for company financial management, make financial budget, arrange cash forecast &planning. 负责公司财务管理，制定财务预算，安排现金预测及计划。 Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned: 主要工作职责如下，其他职责也有可能分配 Oversee an d balance the allocation of work across finance people; create a team-oriented cultural environment; review an d provide timely feedback to finance people regarding their performance; recruit an d mentor them.财务部门工作规划及安排，培养团队合作，财务员工业绩评估，财务人员招聘及培训；Ensure general acＣounting administration, end of month acＣounts an d monthly an d yearly closing of acＣounts within the required time-frame.综合会计管理，确保月度和年度关账都能在要求的时间内完成；Prepare COGNOS reports an d management report to ensure compliance with IFRS an d Norma policies.根据IFRS及诺马相关政策准备公司财务报表及管理报表并输入COGNOS系统；Monthly review acＣounts reconciliation in order to ensure compliance with generally accepted acＣounting principles.每月对所有科目的整理进行回顾；Provide assistance for establishing an d updating the external audit for annual statement.为建立和更新年度报表的外部审计提供协助；Monitor cash inflows an d payments.监控现金流和付款；Provide support an d supervise the smooth running of the ERP system.为ERP系统的平稳运行提供支持和指导；Design an d develop the company financial analysis system, complete group an d statutory financial reports.设计开发公司分析报告，完成总部及法定财务报表；Prepare the company planning an d budgeting, review an d monitor the implementation of the company budget an d plan in order to achieve company fiscal operating results.编制预算，审核监控预算执行以达到公司财务运营目标；Provide accurate financial analysis regarding the activities of the company.根据公司的运行状况，提供准确的财务分析；Assist local top management by piloting their business an d the Director by editing a written report every month includes an analysis of the monthly results.协助当地***管理层引导业务发展，协助财务总监每月递交包括月度分析在内的报告；Monitor finance related policies/procedures execution in order to enhance internal control.监督财务相关政策及流程的执行，加强内部控制；Develop an d drive the implementation of the acＣounting system, oversee the efficiency of the acＣounting system.开发及推进财务系统的建立执行，监控财务系统的效率；Understand the tax-related law an d policy, an d monitor the implementation of taxation reporting in order to comply with the legal & corporate requirements.掌握税收法规政策，确保公司税务报表符合相关要求；Ensure to get a motivated, efficient team supporting the organization.确保获得一个自我激励，高效的团队来支持组织发展。

Reporting Responsibilities:汇报职责This role reports directly to the Plant Manager an d dotted line to the Finance Director China. 此职位直接向工厂厂长汇报,虚线向中国区财务总监汇报。

University education majored in finance an d acＣounting.大学学历，主修财务或者会计专业；Minimum 8 years working experience in finance an d acＣounting including 4 years at a management level. Experience of foreign multinational companies an d sound knowledge of local laws an d regulations in finance, taxation, an d foreign exchange field.至少8年以上财务和会计工作经验，包含4年管理经验，有跨国公司工作经验，熟悉财务、税务、外汇领域规则；Thorough knowledge of the Company’s acＣounting & ERP system, such as AX system. A sound knowledge of the industrial environment.深入了解公司的会计和ERP系统，例如AX系统，熟悉工业领域；Good communication skills, an ability to work under pressure, good team player.良好的沟通能力，抗压力强，良好的团队合作；Fluent English is essential. Good knowledge of Excel.英语流畅，熟练掌握Excel。
