性别要求：不限性别 职位设置目的Purpose of Position:· To achieve the safe, productive utilization of equipment an d manpower within the standards of performance, action plans an d company policies as set down an d within restrictions of legislated guidelines. Responsible for maintenance activities related to all manufacturing operations at the Changshu facility. Responsibilities include maintenance technician manpower, equipment troubleshooting an d recommending spare parts. 首要职责Principal AcＣountabilities:· Direct supervision of technician · Overall supervision of the Maintenance technicians - continually follow up with each department an d trades to ensure production equipment is being maintained to its optimum.· Maintenance technician Manpower/workforce recommend an d interview for new hires, identify new manpower requirements. Handling employee disciplinary issues· Order new spare parts as required , to evaluate the spare parts inventory, work out with owner equipment engineer for compontes recoditional an d optimization.· General direction of personnel reporting including scheduling of work, overseeing training as required.· Equipment trouble shooting , to support maintenace call if needs · PM planning follow up , including scheduling work an d manpower an d spare parts control.· Co-ordinate an d work with manufacturing an d scheduling to minimize downtime.· To make machine break down time analysis report on time.· Administrative Duties - schedule overtime, vacation scheduling.· To handle equipement perfornance evaluation an d risk analysis.监督责任Supervisory Responsibilities: Direct supervision of maintenance technicians. 学历及技能要求Knowledge an d Skill Requirements:· College degree in Mechanical Ｏr electrical Engineering · At least 5 years of working experience in maintenance· Good Electrical control system maintenance experience, which include the PLC system, VF, Serve motor control, an d STD PC, touch screen, an d relative sensor application experience. · Good Mechanical system maintenance experience, which include the boiler system, chill, HVAC, an d IAC, an d hydraulic an d pneumatic system an d mechanical motion device an d etc. Good CAD skill for spare parts drawing making · Experience with the design, operation an d maintenance of calendering, printing an d web handling equipment an d related processes preferred· Diversifiedengineeringbackgroundinelectronicsandmechanicaldesign.· Understanding of environmental regulations an d company procedures.· Strong team spirit an d can take initiative.· Good self motivation · Good training skill for technician · Good communication skill an d leadership skill
