JOB DEscriptION TITLE Facilities Engineer 设施工程师 BUSINESS UNIT Integrated Facilities Management 综合设施管理部 REPORTING TO Facilities Manager 设施经理 PRINCIPAL ACCountABILITIES Overall Technical responsibility of facilities service delivery for client. 为客户公司提供全方位技术支持相关的设施服务 POSITION GOALS To manage comprehensive engineering an d facilities management services. To achieve financial an d other KPIs established by the Client, an d Site Facilities Manager. Delivery of services in accordance with the client’s Management Agreement SLA. 管理综合工程和设施管理服务。实现客户及现场设施经理制定的财务及其他考核指标。依照客户管理协议交付相关服务。 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES § The Engineer must be a team player an d work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract. § Responsible for site facilities operation. § Establish Engineering & Operational procedures an d roll out for site staff § Responsible for delivery of services in accordance with client’s Management SLA § Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations § The single point of technical issue for FM at the site. § Implement the energy management programs to reduce the cost on utilities. § Managing all contract vendors to carries out technical audits/ maintenance for all installation as schedule § Develop of technical service standard § Initiate planning of Critical Environment procedure § Provide solutions for technical issue § Initiate a system to measure the quality of performance on a quarterly basis § Initiate Preventive Management Program § Responsible for Early involvement in Facilities Operation an d provide advisory service during Site Inspection an d Project Development § Solution Provision for minor projects an d coordinating with contractors/vendors from initiation to completion § Take lead of technician/handyman team § Any other duties assigned by the client / FM. § 在管理合同约定内与其他团队成员协作完成所有关键绩效考核指标。 § 负责现场设施运作 § 建立并告知现场员工工程和操作流程 § 依照客户的合作协议执行服务 § 确保服务遵守所有政府法规 § 为设备经理指出技术问题 § 实施能源管理计划为公共设施降低成本 § 负责对所有供应商进行技术审核/维护 § 开发技术服务标准 § 启动关键环境过程的计划 § 为技术问题提供解决方案 § 每季度进行性能质量的系统测量 § 发起预防管理项目 § 负责前期参与设备操作和在现场检查并对项目开发提供咨询服务 § 从开始到完成,为小项目提供解决方案和协调承包商/供应商 § 管理技术员/万能工团队 § 完成其他客户/设施经理安排的工作 KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES § Ability to troubleshoot equipment fault § Level of communication within the organization an d with the client. § Continuous improvement in the following § Morale an d satisfaction of employees under management § Client satisfaction § Improvement an d savings initiatives for the client as well as Jones Lang LaSalle § 具有排除设备故障的能力 § 具有协调组织内和客户沟通能力 § 在工作中不断完善 § 以积极态度管理员工 § 客户满意度 § 具有同时为仲量联行的客户改进和储蓄的举措 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS § A university degree Or professional qualification in engineering, Familiar with equipment maintenance an d facility management, § Good troubleshooting knowledge § Over 8 years’ experience in facilities maintenance § Ability to think laterally an d deliver innovative solutions § Strong leadership, people an d communication skills § Excellent command of spoken an d written English an d Mandarin Chinese § 工程背景,大学学历,熟悉设备维护和设施管理 § 良好的故障诊断知识 § 有超过 8年设备维护经验 § 横向思考的能力并提供创新的解决方案 § 较强的领导能力和沟通能力 § 良好掌握英文书面及口语能力 我已阅读并了解以上岗位职责。 员工签字: 日期:
