Qualifications1.Bachelordegreeorabove.2.Atleastthree/fiveyears’salesmanagerexperienceintheautomotivepartsindustryespeciallyexperienceininternationalcompanyisapreferred;3.FamiliarwithdomesticautomotivemarketandmajorOEMs.4.Excellentlistening,negotiationandpresentationabilities.5.Solidcustomermanagementexperience.6.Strongleadershipwithconvince,coordinateandinfluenceotherpeople.7.Smart,independentworkability,diligent,goodteamwork.8.PerfectoralandwrittenEnglish.
