System Engineer

招聘人数：1 人 性别要求：不限性别 Main Responsibilities:- Lead & support in technical communication & offer （Ph0 activities）. Confirm customer requirements, an d clarify with Competence Center in case of new platform/technology needed.- Check & translate customer requirements into internal engineering （electronic, functional & performance） requirements. Manage & monitor customer requirements regularly.- Lead an d develop team for product development by ensuring technical concept feasible & compliant with legal & internal requirements.- Propose system architectures, technical proposals in cooperation with international development teams.- Prepare technical development plan an d define integration strategy & acceptance criteria with team. Agreement with PM & customers before releasing the planning.- Coordinate among HW, SW & ME development. Participate actively in knowledge transfer between application an d COC team. Prepare system specification an d get approval from COC.- Ensure that China-OEM requirements are taken into consideration during platform development.- Support plant quality team in system related quality issues. Prepare analysis manual & give training in case of needed.- Support customer on-site during system tuning an d system validation phase. Conduct on-site trainings about product specific innovation an d platform topics.- Other tasks assigned by Dept. Manager.Experience/Education/Qualifications Level an d Skills:- Bachelor Ｏr Master Degree, major in Automation, Software, Electronics/Electrical Engineering.- Good understanding of vehicle automotive E/E system, esp. on functional safety & AutoSAR.- Experience on CAN/LIN communication, CANoe experience preferred.- Min. 3 years of electronics （hardware/software） design engineering experience, system engineering （transmission, EPS, brake, BCM, PEPS…） preferred.- Min. 2 years experience in cooperating with vehicle OEM.- Work experience in an international context preferred.- Good English skills （CET-4 mandatory CET-6 and/or JLPT1 preferred）.
