KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责-Take overall ZJG site EHSS&PS management responsibility to ensure compliance of the corporate related requirements an d related laws an d regulations.-Set up an d Ｕpdate site EHSS procedures an d WGC EHSS procedures according to Wacker Greater China EHSS requirement and/or group requirement.-Organize training for employees an d promote EHSS awareness to achieve EHSS excellence at ZJG site.-Coordinate process safety management to assess risks of ZJG site with regular audit Ｏr inspection to ensure relevant risk assessment procedure are well implemented on site.-Ensure EHSS related system well implemented in ZJG site which include incident reporting, RCA, e-MOC, JSRA, incentive program, EHSS campaign, safety discussion, weekly topics, etc.-Coordinate EHSS emergency response drill for ZJG site, review an d Ｕpdate ERP when necessary conduct regular inspection of ER facilities on site an d coordinate with Dow for ER related issue to ensure the efficiency of the ER-Develop an d implement strategies an d procedures to protect physical assets an d intellectual property on site in accordance with WGC an d corporate regulations an d standards-Assess an d manage the occupational hazards to ensure the health protection of employees an d legal compliance of OH related issue which include OH notice, OH surveillance, OH monitoring, regular inspection/audit etc.-Coordinate an d supervise environmental relevant processes for ZJG site to ensure legal compliance of environment related issue which include emission of gas, liquid, solid waste, regular an d necessary monitoring/inspection/audit.-Ensure WACKER s global environmental standards for the protection of air, water, soil an d noise to be implemented at ZJG site.-To take full EHSS responsibilities an d duties as area owner for WWTP, waste warehouse, waste lab, open drains at ZJG site, to ensure daily operation with legal compliance of safety, health, environment, security, implement OEE an d maintain good 5S, an d to achieve defined company target Ｏr goals.-Responsible for ZJG EHSS related permitting application, updating, an d maintain good relationship with relevant local authority.-Act as ZJG site EHSS director to fulfill the relevant duties defined by laws an d local regulations.-Take lead ZJG site EHSS team an d cooperate with other area owners an d functions to ensure the implementation ofrelevant EHSS rules, programs an d systems at ZJG site.-As area owner to fulfill defined duties an d responsibilities of relevant EHSS facilities like WWTP, waste warehouse, security guard house an d other defined facilities an d area-Ensure that Responsible Care principles an d codes are implemented in ZJG site according the requirements of AICM, ICCA an d Wacker.-Other task assigned based on need of business Ｏr operation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件（education, language, expertise, functional competencies）-University degree in chemical industry related is preferred.-Minimum of 3 years work experience in EHSS management an d operation related functions in chemical production related and/or engineering companies-Professional knowledge an d experience in the fields of Safety, Security, Environmental Protection, Occupational Health an d Industrial Hygiene.-Evidence of leadership skills.-Good communication skill with different levels of staff with fluent in English.-Good presentation an d interpersonal understanding skill.-Working proactively with result oriented an d teamwork spirit.
