性别要求：不限性别 Manage personnel to meet overall department objectives.Define, plan an d coordinate the activities of an Engineering group, outside of day-to-day responsibilities, to meet both short an d long term goals as dictated by Director level personnel.Write an d maintain work instructions for the department.Meets with customers an d company sales personnel an d representatives both in-house an d on site to assess unique applications requiring special design consideration.Interface with customers an d vendors to meet customer demand, an d assist in sourcing new vendors as needed.Plan an d define continuing education requirements in anticipation of future technologies.Develop an d support the team to ensure we maintain a technical competitive advantage.Provides technicial assistance to the Sales, Product Development, Materials, Production, Quality, an d Service departments to resolve issues an d develop product improvements.Ensure a smooth development of new products.Establish an d maintain effective communication between Laird an d our customers, so we may readily respond to market changes and/or customer demands.Lead the development an d design of new products using innovative ideas to grow product portfolio.Adheres to quality an d safety systems Ｏr maintenance of quality an d safety standards.Other duties may be assigned as reasonably directed by management.REQUIREMENTSProficiency in computer skills including Windows, AutoCAD, an d company proprietary software.Ability to use Word, Excel, an d PCAD.
