As a Remote Service Support Engineer, you will be part of the Robotics an d Motion (RM) Division an d Drives (BU) Business unit based on Beijing. ABB is the World leader in Robotics an d Motion (RM) division offering a wide range of products an d services including drives, motors, generators an d robots. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing an d packing, an d engineered systems for the automotive industry.
? Responsible for the operation of digital center, regular patrol inspection, real-time contact with customers remote analysis to solve on-site problems.
? Responsible for VIP Customer Line an d Telephone Support for VIP Customers.
? Use an d maintain digital support platform to promote the development of digital business.
? Living ABB’s core values of safety an d integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues an d the business.
? Bachelor’s degree Or above, major in Electrical Automation Or other related qualification.
? 3 years of Experience in MV Drives technical support Or field service.
? Fluent in verbal an d written English.
? Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach an d strong communication skills.
