Overall responsible for radar an d video test area mearsurement technologyDisciplinary an d target responsiblility of this team.Introduce new product, new program development to meet customer requirement, an d without any deviation for test specification.Setup new line for radar ECU to meet the customer delivery demands an d reach the targets including cost an d qualityFailure analysis support to investigate root cause, an d cooperation with process, quality an d production to find containment an d long-term action.Machine specification define, pre-acceptance an d trouble shooting.Hardware an d tooling management （inline an d offline an d CIP area）Business plan development involving MAE/Budget/HCLeading CIP improvement an d RPP activitiesTeam competence buildup an d developmentI4.0 tool to improve team efficient, automation to improve productivityOther tasks assigned by superior.？？？？
Qualifications
Major in electrical ？or software engineering？？5 years experience on testing team management Ｏr senior technical managementGood communication an d cooperationFamiliar with data processing, design validation an d testing equipmentGood English skill
