工作职责: - 领导项目团队遵循Bosch产品开发流程按照既定目标完成产品研发项目 - 制定项目时间计划,评估项目风险,控制项目成本,管理OEM供应商以保证产品成功上市 - 追踪项目进展,负责向内部客户和部门内汇报项目状况 - 协调和布置项目成员任务, 定期检查项目成果,提出改进意见 - 执行项目总结回顾,参与项目成员工作表现评价 任职要求: - 大学本科以上学历,主修机械或机械电子工程 - 5年以上工作经验,其中3年产品研发项目经验,2-3年团队领导经验 - 良好的人员管理,激发团队的能力 - 良好的沟通和演示技能,有能力主持会议讨论 - 结果导向,了解公司业务及日常运作 - 良好的英语实际应用能力,大学六级或同等水平 - 能适应经常出差[p1] Responsibilities: - Provide leadership to a project team to develop buyout products in a manner consistent with defined performance specifications according to Bosch product development process - Provide timetables, assess project risks, control project cost, an d manage OEM suppliers to achieve successful market introduction - Track project progress, responsible for reporting an d presenting project status to internal management - Coordinate an d assign responsibilities for team members, regularly review work results an d give suggestions for improving - Conduct project reflection, participate in team members performance appraisal Requirements: - Bachelor degree Or above, majoring in Mechanic Or Mechatronic Engineering - 5 years working experience, thereof 3 years experience in product development project, Or team leading role - Good leadership skills, ability to motivate others - Good communication an d presentation skills, able to moderate - Result oriented an d strong business-minded - Excellent English, able to communicate in fluent English - Able an d willing to travel frequently
