招聘人数：1 人 性别要求：不限性别 ACＣountABILITIES- Meet personal sales target as established- Plan, prepare, maintain an d evaluate customer contacts.- Report results of customer an d past & future activities to supervisor on a regular basis.- Carry out customized training an d workshops.- Build contacts with customer an d identify an d influence decision makers / opinion leaders.- Build contacts with consultancy an d technical bureaus to obtain best possible support, within his/her geographical area of responsibility.- Monitor an d observe markets （competitors, customer needs, etc.）.- Coordinate internal an d external communication.- Coordinate sales an d services activities with internal an d external organizations where related to customers in his/her geographical area of responsibility.- Promote BV product portfolio.- Ensure consultative sales （supported by services）.- Help developing an d possibly implementing sales-stimulating activities （for example direct mail, telemarketing, seminars an d conventions）.- Support the development of existing sales information systems as well as sales information.- Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems （inc. Quality, HSE, ISO17020 etc.）, ensure the performance aligned with management system.- Other tasks assigned by the company
Requirements:1 Sales experience in Modular architecture 2 Normal English communication.3.Familiar with Construction company Ｏr owner an d other related customers.
