你主要的任务:

我协同发展与提高供应商的专业知识,确保他们在既定的时间内生产出高质量的产品。
我负责产品量产前的质量,技术以及生产工艺标准的制定,并保证生产过程中的持续改善。

你主要的职责:

我评估并确保产品质量。
我衡量并纠正供应商生产中所产生的质量偏差。
我在供应商中开展生产管控计划并全面确保质量体系的持续稳定运行。
我全面负责产品开发并且确保开发的有效性和持续性。
我推动并加强供应商社会责任管理。
我确保供应商遵守环境保护及毒性测试的相关要求。
我参与迪卡侬以及这个工业领域技术要求的制定。
我根据迪卡侬以及行业技术标准来确认供应商生产流程及相关技术要求。
我协同产品工程师,工业生产团队及供应商来优化生产制造方案,以达到持续的量产增长,并且产品的品质是稳定的。
我确保供应商的产品工艺稳定,合理及利润最大化。
我建立并且管理所负责的产品,供应商以及工艺流程的管控计划。
我关注全面的产能计划和制造工艺流程的可扩展性,并制定关于不同供应商的厂房规划,包括:厂房空间、人力规划、人员培训及精益化产线。
我负责产品在其他供应商成功复制并且稳定批量生产。
我评估并且改善供应商的生产效率,以达到成本最优化和缩短生产时间。

Your main responsibilities:

I evaluate an d ensure the quality of products.
I measure an d correct discrepancies.
I carry out production control plan an d ensure quality system stability on my supplier.
I ensure product development sustainability.
I enforce the social acCountability requirement.
I ensure that environmental an d toxicology requirement are respected.
I set standard of technical requirements for Decathlon an d my industrial domain respectively.
I implement an d maintain the Decathlon product specification in my supplier an d evaluate the process base on Decathlon production requirement.
I co-work with Product Engineer, Production teams an d Manufacturing suppliers to optimize production solutions an d ensure the sustainable increase of productivity with the stable quality of products.
I ensure that manufacturing process on my supplier side is stable, feasible an d gain highest margin.
I build an d manage Production control Plan of my perimeter (process/ product/supplier).
I focus in overall capacity planning, manufacturing process scalability an d overall bring up plan of multiple factory sites that includes factory space, workforce planning, training an d production lines qualifications.
I ensure the products can be successfully developed an d duplicated in different suppliers with stable quality an d productivity.
I check the efficiency of a production line to optimize the cost an d decrease lead time.

About Decathlon

Decathlon was founded by Mr. Michel Leclercq in France in 1976, who pioneered the sales concept of integrating all the sporting goods within one store.

Decathlon opened more than 700 stores in 18 Countries around the world now. In 2013, the Group achieved a turnover of 7.4billion euros as an industry leader in the world.

As a retailer, the business concept of Decathlon is to collect as more sporting goods as possible. The shopping area has options as 4,000 square metres, 8,000 square metres, an d 12,000 square meters, with an average of 35,000 products for each store. The self-service shopping here is quick an d convenient. The sales team loves an d is good at sports, while being able to provide customers with professional services, including repair, assembly an d leasing etc.

Decathlon entered China in 1992 an d initially engaged in the procurement an d production of sporting goods. To date, the Company has established production subsidiaries in 13 cities Or regions such as Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Tianjin, Wuhan, an d China Taiwan etc.

In 2003, the Group established the development of sporting goods retail in China as a primary strategy for the next decade, an d relocated its Asia headquarters (including manufacturing an d retail) from Hong Kong to Shanghai. The first Decathlon concept store was formally opened in Shanghai Pudong District on November 5, 2003.

As the world s No.1 sporting goods retailer, Decathlon has strong capabilities in R&D an d innovation. The stores usually cover 4,000 square meters, with 65 categories of sporting goods. All products are classified according to the sport items, both Decathlon s own brand products an d other relevant international brand products. The same as all Decathlon stores all over the world, the Chinese stores strive to provide customers who love sports with the most cost-effective products, while regularly organizing sports performance an d inviting all customers to learn, try an d enjoy the pleasure of different sports items.
