招聘人数：1 人 性别要求：不限性别 Description:In order to achieve operation transformation, in Invista ADN project, we are hiring a leader in each shift to support reliability shift leader to transform shift to ensure assets reliable, prioritize day to day activities to achieve shift operation excellence performance.
Roles an d Responsibilities: During Project: Be trained for trainers to train an d certify shift technician Develop standard operation procedures an d training material after being trained Train shift technicians to ensure they are certified an d ready for plant start up Assist RSL to build up shift capability especially in maintenance, reliability an d process disciplines Build up shift framework, tools, an d procedures for Day1 readiness Drive field operation inspection during construction an d system hand over according to project schedule Drive the team pre-commissioning participation an d commissioning activities During Normal Operation after Project: Ensure shift technician’s capability to meet OBWS requirement Maintain current, detailed knowledge an d understanding of process unit equipment, unit operations, principles Ｏr operating methods used in the process an d the effects of such operations on equipment involved Execute production an d maintenance plans to meet production objectives & performance metrics set for his/her shift team. Lead an d manage shift day to day activities to meet production targets an d align with operation strategies Lead the troubleshooting, resolving process/equipment problems an d optimizing production performance & efficiency. Investigate production performance gaps & develop corrective action by engaging reliability engineers & Process Engineers as appropriate. Gatekeep work notification created by shift, an d plan an d schedule shift performed maintenance jobs Analyze shift performance data an d metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications （knowledge / skills / experience） Bachelor’s degree of Chemical, mechanical Ｏr technical equivalents At least 5 years’ work experience with at least 1-year supervisory experience in process shift operations in multi-national chemical industry Experience with new plant start-up will be a plus TPM experience will be a plus Adapt to the shift work Workable English capability both speaking an d writing; CET 4, an d CET 6 will be a plus. Ability to interact with all levels with strong leadership skills, as well as hand-on an d team player Strong interpersonal, communication, an d motivation skills
