Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
? To achieve regional sales target; Deliver business results that meet the company financial goals an d build the brand in the region
? To manage an d monitor regional sales processes that lead to a satisfactory development of the retail distribution network
? To develop the best sales organization to meet business development needs
Key Responsibilities:
? Responsible for POS expansion for the individual acＣount（s）
? Own Core/Neo/Originals annual sales plan for the responsible acＣounts. Work with Regional Marketing, RD an d Franchise Operations to develop the annual core business plan including POS expansion, assortment
? Planning an d retail operations plan to achieve the best POS expansion, productivity an d consumer satisfaction for responsible acＣounts
? Complete Future order under company Assortment Requirement （package, BLR…）
? Forecast product flow by season for all acＣounts in responsible market based on historical product flow an d selling points
? Manage an d execute sales plan for responsible acＣounts
? Control inventory ratio an d structure
? Manage an d maintain a healthy A/R balance
? Execute an d follow up on future order sales / shipping plan by month
? Future City Development
